If you are cooking for a family gathering, tell us how many people and what you are making. We will suggest pack sizes and how far ahead to move things from the freezer to the fridge.
Shipping, delivery and returns
Family packs are put together in 1 to 3 business days and delivery is estimated at 7 to 14 business days, tracked. If a parcel arrives thawed or damaged, send photographs within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the affected items. Full detail sits in our shipping and refund policies.
